17.38.214    ENHANCED TREATMENT FOR CRYPTOSPORIDIUM

(1) The board adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart W, which establishes or extends treatment technique requirements in lieu of maximum contaminant levels for cryptosporidium.
