2.59.1730    CONFIDENTIALITY – AGREEMENTS AND SHARING ARRANGEMENTS

(1) In addition to the trade associations specifically named in 32-9-160(2), MCA, the department may enter into agreements or sharing arrangements allowing the sharing of information and material with the following governmental agencies and associations representing governmental agencies:

(a) State Regulatory Registry, LLC; and

(b) Multi-State Mortgage Committee.
