2.59.1709    CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCESS

(1) A complaint form will be provided by the department. A complaint must be submitted in writing to the department. If the basis of the complaint relates to the Montana Mortgage Broker and Loan Originator Licensing Act, it will be investigated by the department or designated party.
