24.207.2102    CONTINUING EDUCATION NONCOMPLIANCE

(1) Failure to comply with the completion or reporting requirements established by the board is unprofessional conduct and will result in disciplinary action by the board.

(2) Failure to comply with continuing education requirements mandated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) will be reported to the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) National Registry Compliance Database.
