23.14.555    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROBATION AND PAROLE OFFICERS

(1) Any person employed in the state of Montana as a probation and parole officer must meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in 46-23-1003, MCA.
