42.13.301    STORAGE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

(1) A licensee may store alcoholic beverages only on its premises.

(2) A licensee may only store those alcoholic beverages for which the premises are specifically licensed or those authorized under an approved alternating proprietor arrangement.

(3) All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through an agency liquor store, a licensed beer wholesaler, table wine distributor, winery, or brewery.
