24.12.101    DISPLACED HOMEMAKER PROGRAM PURPOSE

(1) It is the purpose of this program to implement the "Displaced Homemaker Act" (Title 39, chapter 7, part 3, MCA) by providing those services enumerated in 39-7-302 , MCA, for displaced homemakers.
