24.201.2402    EXERCISE OF PRACTICE PRIVILEGE IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS

(1) Any registered firm or licensee of this board offering or rendering services in or to another jurisdiction pursuant to practice privilege, based upon their registration or license from this board, is deemed to have consented to the administrative jurisdiction of the other board of accountancy.
