(1) The school must submit a faculty qualification form for each new faculty member when the faculty appointment becomes effective. Such forms are available from the board office and on the board's web site and must be used by the school.

(2) The education committee of the board shall accept or reject the faculty qualifications and make recommendations for ratification by the full board.
