24.26.682    NOTICE OF HEARING

(1) After the time for filing an answer has passed, the board shall serve a notice of hearing upon the parties. The hearing date shall not be less than 5 working days after the date of service. The notice shall include all those items listed in section 2-4-601 , MCA, and shall state whether the board or an agent of the board will hear the complaint.
