24.26.684    EXCEPTIONS

(1) If a majority of the board have not heard the case, the person who conducted the hearing shall serve a proposed decision and order upon the parties who shall have 20 days to file exceptions with the board.

(2) If briefs in support of a party's exceptions are to be submitted, those briefs must be filed with the board at least 15 days before the board hearing or the briefs will not be accepted or considered.
