37.5.129    CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT: APPLICABLE HEARING PROCEDURES

(1) Hearings relating to child support enforcement matters are available to the extent granted and as provided in ARM Title 46, chapter 30, subchapter 6. Unless specifically referenced in that subchapter, the provisions of any other rule do not apply to such hearings.
