(1) The purpose of ARM 37.88.1101, 37.88.1105, 37.88.1106, 37.88.1107, 37.88.1110, 37.88.1115, and 37.88.1116 is to specify provider participation and program requirements and to define the basis and procedure the department will use to pay for inpatient psychiatric services for individuals under age 21. Facilities in which these services are available are referred to as providers.
