37.97.270    CHILD CARE AGENCY: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

(1) In addition to the preceding standards which apply specifically to child care agencies, a child care agency must also comply with the standards contained in ARM 37.97.501, 37.97.506, 37.97.508, 37.97.519(2) through (8) , 37.97.521 and 37.97.522.
