2.21.3720 ADMINISTRATION OF SELECTION PROCEDURES (1) During each step in the selection processes, agency managers shall apply consistent selection procedures regarding: (a) content of the procedure applied; (b) sequence of procedures; (c) persons involved in administering the process; and (d) the maximum time allotted wherever timed procedures are used.
