2.44.527 PAYMENT FOR SERVICE -- CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT BENEFITS (1) If the final payment due to purchase service credits is over 60 days past due, the member will be notified in writing that contributions, plus accrued interest, are due and payable, and that benefits will be recalculated and corrected retroactive to the date of retirement if payment is not received within 30 days of notification.
