24.9.1508    FINAL DISPOSITION

(1) The department and commission shall make a final administrative disposition of a complaint alleging a discriminatory housing practice within one year after the complaint is filed unless it is impracticable to do so. If the department and commission are unable to make a final administrative disposition within one year, the department shall notify the charging party and respondent in writing of the reasons for not doing so.
