32.8.206    WHEN MILK OFFERED FOR SALE SUBJECT TO SEIZURE

(1) Milk offered for sale contrary to the provisions to ARM 32.8.202 or 32.8.203 may be seized and destroyed by agents of the Department of Livestock.
