36.25.322 AMENDMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS (1) These rules and regulations may be altered, changed or modified at any time by action of the board in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. No alteration, change or modification of the rules will alter, change or modify the provisions of existing leases with regard to term, rental or royalty.
