36.21.663 WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
(1) The contractor warrants and guarantees to the
well owner that all materials and equipment shall be new unless otherwise
specified and that all work shall be of good quality and free from faults or
defects and in accordance with the requirements of the drilling agreement and
of any inspections, tests or approvals referred to in the drilling agreement.
These warranties and guarantees are void if the well owner does not give timely
notice to the contractor of all unsatisfactory work, all faulty or defective
work and all work not conforming to the requirements of the drilling agreement
or such inspections, tests or approvals.
(2) The contractor shall extend to the purchaser, factory guarantees on pumps and
accessories sold and installed by him.
(3) The warranty or guarantee period shall be a minimum of one year from the date of completion of
