37.107.306    MARIJUANA TESTING LABORATORIES ACCREDITATION

(1) A laboratory licensee must have processes that are ISO 17025 accredited.

(2) An applicant, after providing written evidence of pending ISO 17025 accreditation:

(a) may submit an application for licensure pending the accreditation approval; and

(b) is eligible for a provisional license not to exceed 12 months.

(3) A licensed laboratory must maintain ISO accreditation at all times.

(4) If a laboratory process accreditation lapses or is revoked, the laboratory may not perform any activities until it is reinstated.
