6.6.8901 PURPOSE (1) The purpose of these rules is to implement the quality assurance provisions of the Montana Managed Care Plan Network Adequacy and Quality Assurance Act specified in Title 33, chapter 36, part 3, MCA. These rules establish mechanisms for the commissioner to evaluate quality assurance activities of health carriers providing managed care plans in Montana.
