TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On April 30, 2015, the Department of Administration published MAR Notice No. 2-59-524 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 390 of the 2015 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 8.

 

2. No comments were received.

 

3. The department has amended ARM 2.59.127, 2.59.128, and 2.59.129 exactly as proposed.
