23.14.210    APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

(1) The subgrant requests or applications for financial assistance are not "contested cases" within the meaning of 2-4-101, MCA, and accordingly are not subject to the provisions of the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
